Rules concerning Guild Ranks:
-
FNG Member is a temporary rank that will last for 1 month from invite to guild. During this phase, you will not be able to take advantage of the guild bank repair system for raids, or get free enchants, buff food or potions from the guild bank or be entitled to loot in instances, however you will receive DKP for instances attended. Players should take extra care to behave and make a good impression on the other guild members. In case of complaints, we may kick you.
-
Each player can have as many secondary characters (Alts) in the guild as they wish.
-
Raider status will be awarded when we notice a player having a proper raiding build and equipment, who is consistently signing up for raids and/or if an FNG is showing an exceptional dedication or commitment to the guild and its members. It will be removed when that player becomes inactive or requests to take a break from raiding or if a player misbehaves or does not respect the guild and raiding rules.
-
Raiders are expected to pick a main spec and stick with it for raids. You may raid as off spec for the benefit of the guild, in which case you can continue to get items for your main spec. You can change your main spec at any point in time, but not to take advantage of loot, or too frequently.
-
Marshalls and Sheriff's status are not granted on request. If we need new people to help with guild administration, it will be us who approach you.
-
Always notify the officers when you will be offline for longer periods of time. This will help us plan raids accordingly.
-
You will get a warning (and possible demotion to FNG Member) in case of:
-
disrespecting other guild members in public or via /w
-
offensive talk on sensitive subjects such as: racism, religion, politics, sex, etc. in any of the communication systems available: ingame chat, forums, ventrilo, etc.
-
offensive signatures, images, etc.
-
conducting activities that might damage the guild's public image
-
spamming
-
using annoying nicknames for Ventrilo, such as inserting comments in them, making them too long to announce
-
interrupting Ventrilo activity by logging on and off on purpose, to produce "announcement noise".
-
any other behaviour we deem inappropriate.
-
-
A character will get kicked in the case of:
-
getting warned for serious offenses during FNG status
-
being an inactive alt
- allowing other persons to play with your character
- lying about your unavailability or in your application about age
-
being away without notice for an extended period of time (more than a month).
-
Disclaimer: There is a limit to how long we will keep inactive chars in the guild, and it depends on general good impression and common sense. We might decide one month is enough or we might wait half a year.
